Carried By Christ

O Lord, You have searched me and known me. You know my sitting down and my rising up; You understand my thought afar off. You comprehend my path and my lying down, And are acquainted with all my ways. For there is not a word on my tongue, But behold, O Lord, You know it altogether. Psalm 139:1-4

Proverbs 1:10

My son, if sinners entice thee, consent thou not.

When I was younger I misunderstood the importance of fellowship with fellow Christians, and I found myself hanging out with people that made me stumble in my new walk with the Lord. As I became more entangled with these people, I stumbled even more. I forgot the words that we all hear when we are young, "you become who you hang around." It's true, and that is why the Lord warns us in the above verse to not spend time with those that will seperate us from our Lord.
